摘要
为了解平裂藻(Merismopedia sp.)的水华爆发机理,研究了2016年11月发生在青岛某河段的平裂藻水华,调查了水华河段及其对照点的水质指标和浮游植物。水华河段长约300 m,宽20 m。调查结果表明:水华水体总氮质量浓度为18 mg/L,总磷质量浓度为2.66 mg/L,分别超对照点5.5倍和13.8倍。本次平裂藻水华时水温为12.5℃,呈现了低水温的特点。水华样品中浮游植物细胞丰度为8.98×10^(9)个/L,其中平裂藻细胞丰度占总丰度的99.72%,水华程度达到V级。对照样品细胞丰度为2.10×10^(6)个/L,其中平裂藻占总丰度的1.43%。水华样品和对照样品浮游植物香农-威纳指数分别为0.03和2.93。环境因子中高氮磷浓度是水华发生的关键因素。
In November 2016,Merismopedia bloom occurred in a reach of Qingdao.Water quality and biological parameters were investigated at the blooming reach and comparison site.The blooming reach was about 300 meters long and 20 meters wide.The mass concentration of total nitrogen was 18 mg/L,5.5 times higher than the control point,and the mass concentration of total phosphorus was 2.66 mg/L,13.8 times higher than the control point.The water temperature of this bloom was about 12.5℃.The phytoplankton density of bloom sample was 8.98×10^(9)cells/L,and Merismopedia sp.account for 99.72%of the total number of cells.The phytoplankton density of the comparison site was 2.10×10^(6)cells/L,and,Merismopedia sp.account for 1.43%.The Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H′)of the blooming sample was 0.03,while the comparison point sample H′was 2.93.The high concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus were the key factors for the occurrence of bloom.
