面向计算中心的有效算力评测体系与方法

摘要 为提升计算中心新型基础设施建设质量,推动以业务应用为牵引、以全栈优化为手段、以节能增效为目标的计算中心建设,提出有效算力的概念和指标,分析有效算力的内涵和特点,以及有效算力评测指标体系和评测方法,聚焦有效算力评测在人工智能计算中心、一体化大数据中心和超算中心中的应用。 In order to improve the construction quality of the new infrastructure of the computing center,promote the construction of the computing center with business application as the traction,full stack optimization as the means,and energy saving and efficiency enhancement as the goal,this paper introduces the definition and metric of computing usage effectiveness,summarize the corresponding concept and characteristics,as well as metric system and evaluation method.Our paper would focus on the computing usage effectiveness evaluation with respect to artificial intelligence computation center,integrated big-data center and super-computing center.
