摘要
随着当前卫生健康工作进入新阶段,南沙区属医疗卫生机构如何更好地适应新形势发展需求,切实承担起基本医疗服务和公共卫生服务,真正实现与高水平医疗机构的协调发展,加快推进医疗卫生管理体制改革显得尤为重要和迫切。本文通过总结当前南沙区的基本医疗现状和发展情况,指出其公立医院存在的人力资源管理、医疗服务等问题。采用SWOT分析南沙区区属公立医院,并在医疗体建设、学科建设、财政支持和人才队伍建设方面提出具体的发展建议。
With the current health work entering a new stage,it is particularly important and urgent for medical and health institutions in Nansha District to better adapt to the development needs of the new situation,effectively undertake basic medical services and public health services,truly realize the coordinated development with high-level medical institutions,and accelerate the reform of medical and health management system.This paper summarizes the current situation and development of basic medical care in Nansha District,and points out the problems of human resource management and medical services existing in the public hospitals.SWOT is used to analyze the public hospitals in Nansha District,and specific development suggestions are put forward in terms of medical system construction,discipline construction,financial support and talent team construction.
