摘要
目的调查分析4起医用防护口罩致医务人员手指锐器伤事件。方法设计个案调查表,面对面访谈,收集受伤医务人员的基本信息、工作时限、培训经历、受伤经过、伤口情况等信息;留存受伤前和受伤时使用的口罩样本,调查制造厂商、型号、产地、批次、生产日期、失效日期等信息。结果4名护士1周内相继出现食指和(或)中指割伤,3名护士有8~10年工作经验,既往接受过系统的穿脱培训,受伤前、受伤时使用同一品牌的医用防护口罩,但型号、产地有差异。考虑锐器伤的原因为医用防护口罩某批次存在工艺瑕疵,打磨欠光滑、固定结合点不平整,按压鼻甲时手指被金属铝条锐利的边缘割破。结论加强对医用防护口罩相关职业损伤的关注,使用前对产品进行检查,尽最大努力保障医护人员的健康。
Objective To investigate the potential causes of the finger sharp injury caused by the medical face mask among health workers.Methods Case questionnaires were designed and face-to-face interviews were conducted to collect basic information,working time limit,training experience,injury process,wound condition and other information of injured medical personnel.Moreover,the medical face masks before and after finger injury were kept to collect the information on the manufacturer,model,batch,date of production and expiration of medical face masks.Results Four nurses,well trained to wear and take off the medical face mask and working in the isolation ward for more than one month,suffered from first/middle finger injuries caused by the medical face masks in the isolation ward in one week.Three of them have 8-10 years of working experience.All medical face masks used by the four nurses before and after figure injuries were from one manufacturer;however,both the mode of medical face masks and address of manufacturer were different.The analysis of the potential causes of the figure injury further suggested that the face mask string was not smooth enough.Conclusion During the pandemic of COVID-19,more attention should be given to the health workers in the isolation ward for keeping away finger injuries caused by the medical face masks.
