摘要
分析了尾灯电镀装饰条塑件的工艺特点,介绍了该塑件注射模的结构设计和工作过程。由于塑件的表面要求后期电镀处理,为了防止其表面出现气痕、冷料,以及防止二次加工去除浇口时损伤A面,采用开放式热流道转冷流道大浇口滑块式搭底浇口一点进胶,一模两腔(左右件),卧式注射成型;运用NX/CAD进行塑件分型设计,塑件B面两处卡接结构采用常规斜顶抽芯方式来实现;为了便于塑件的表面后期电镀处理,在塑件B面增加电镀挂角结构,采用直顶顶出。
The technological characteristic of plating trim strip of tail lights was analyzed and introduced the structural desige and operating process of the injection mold for this part.Because the surface of plastic parts requires late electroplating treatment, in order to prevent the appearance of air marks and cold material on the surface, and prevent the damage of A surface when the gate is removed by secondary processing, so this mold innovation uses open hot runner to cold runner large nozzle and one sliding block type bottom gate,two mold cavities(L&R),horizontal injection molding. Using the NX/CAD completed the mold parting surface design, the two clamping structures on the B side of the plastic parts are realized by the conventional inclined top core pulling method. In order to facilitate the electroplating treatment on the surface of the plastic parts in the later stage, the plating rack structure is added on the B side, and the ejection block ejection.
