摘要
超级马氏体不锈钢0Cr16Ni5Mo是一种具有优良强韧性、焊接性的低碳马氏体不锈钢。系统分析了奥氏体组织焊缝、铁素体组织焊缝、双相组织焊缝以及与0Cr16Ni5Mo钢同质组织焊缝的优势与不足,并对拟定的0Cr17Ni6Mo焊丝焊缝进行力学性能测试。结果表明其性能满足技术要求,为0Cr16Ni5Mo钢的焊接供了理论依据和技术指导。
Super martenstic stainless steel 0Cr16Ni5Mo is a low-carbon martenstic stainless steel with excellent strength,toughness and weldability. The advantages and disadvantages of austenitic structure weld, ferrite structure weld, duplex structure weld and the weld with the homogeneous structure of 0Cr16Ni5Mo steel were systematically analyzed. The mechanical properties of the weld by the proposed 0Cr17Ni6Mo welding wire were tested, which shows that it meets the technical requirements. It provides theoretical basis and technical guidance for the welding of 0Cr16Ni5Mo steel.
