摘要
试验旨在探究蝇蛆粉对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和免疫功能的影响,选择36周龄蛋鸡960只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复48只。对照组(A组)饲喂基础日粮,试验组(B组、C组、D组)分别在基础日粮中添加2%、4%、6%的蝇蛆粉,试验期90 d。试验结果显示,C组、D组蛋鸡产蛋率与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01);平均蛋重和合格蛋率有升高趋势,但各组差异不显著;D组料蛋比与A组差异显著(P<0.05);3个试验组比对照组的蛋壳厚度和蛋黄重都有所增加,但均差异不显著(P>0.05);B组与对照组以及B组和D组的哈氏单位差异显著(P<0.05),C组、D组与对照组之间差异极显著(P<0.01),C、D组间差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组比对照组的蛋黄颜色都有所增加,D组与对照组间差异显著(P<0.05);各试验组血清中IgA、IgM没有显著差异(P>0.05);C组和D组血清中IgG含量与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),C、D组间差异不显著(P>0.05);3个试验组的T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞相对于对照组均有所增加,但差异不显著(P>0.05);C、D组的ND抗体效价与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01),C、D组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。本试验结果表明,日粮中添加4%~6%蝇蛆粉可提高蛋鸡生产水平、蛋品质和免疫功能。
The purpose of the experiment was to explore the effects of fly maggot meal on the production performance,egg quality and immune function of laying hens.960 laying hens aged 36 weeks were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 48 in each replicate.The control group(group A)was fed with basal diet,and the experimental groups(group B,group C and group D)were supplemented with 2%,4%and 6%fly maggot meal respectively for 90 days.The results showed that the laying rate of group C and D was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.01).The average egg weight and qualified egg rate increased,but there was no significant difference among groups;The feed to egg ratio of group D was significantly different from that of group A(P<0.05);The eggshell thickness and yolk weight of the three experimental groups were higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);There were significant differences of haugh unit between group B and the control group,as well as between group B and D(P<0.05),there were significant differences between group C,group D and the control group(P<0.01),but no significant differences between group C and group D(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the yolk color of the test groups increased,and the difference between group D and the control group was significant(P<0.05);There were no significant differences in serum IgA and IgM among the test groups(P>0.05);The level of IgG in serum of group C and group D was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between group C and group D(P>0.05);The T-lymphocytes and B-lymphocytes in the three experimental groups increased compared with the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);The ND antibody titers of group C and group D were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between group C and Group D(P>0.05).The results indicated that adding 4%~6%fly maggot meal to the diet can improve the production performance,egg quality and Immune function of laying hens.
