摘要
选择具有多个阳离子格位的β-Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)型Ca_(10)Na(PO_(4))_(7)磷酸盐作为基质,用Eu^(2+)取代基质中的阳离子作为发光中心,通过高温固相法合成一系列Ca_(10)Na(PO_(4))_(7):Eu^(2+)荧光粉,利用X射线粉末衍射、荧光光谱等测试方法对合成样品的结构和发光性质进行了表征和分析。结果表明:通过调整合成条件,获得了Ca_(10)Na(PO_(4))_(7):Eu^(2+)荧光粉的最佳合成条件;Eu^(2+)离子在Ca_(10)Na(PO_(4))_(7)基质会占据4个阳离子格位;通过改变Eu^(2+)离子的掺杂浓度可以改变Ca_(10)Na(PO_(4))_(7):Eu^(2+)荧光粉的发射,进而达到Eu_(2+)离子在单一基质中发光可调的目的。
β-Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)-type Ca_(10)Na(PO_(4))_(7)phosphate with multiple cationic sites was selected as the matrix.The cations in the matrix were replaced by Eu^(2+) as the luminescence center.A series of Ca_(10)Na(PO_(4))_(7):Eu^(2+) phosphors were prepared by high temperature solid phase method.The structure and luminescence properties of phosphor were characterized and analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions of Ca_(10)Na(PO_(4))7:Eu^(2+) phosphor were obtained by adjusting the synthesis conditions.Eu^(2+) occupied four cationic sites in Ca_(10)Na(PO_(4))_(7)matrix.The emission of Ca_(10)Na(PO_(4))_(7):Eu^(2+) phosphor can be changed by changing the doping concentration of Eu^(2+) ions,so that the luminescence of Eu^(2+) can be controlled in a single matrix.
