摘要
舆论监督作为我国监督体系的重要组成在互联网高速发达、社会公众公民意识和法律意识不断增强的今天,以崭新的面貌服务于社会。但舆论监督的二元主体结构在目前存在争议的情况下,仍然具有难以避免的不足。笔者结合实证研究的方法,探讨舆论监督二元主体关系在当前面临的问题并提出相应的建议与展望。
For the present,Internet gets highly developed,and public awareness of citizenship and law get increasingly strengthened,the supervision by public opinion,as an important part of the supervision system in China,serves the society with a new look.However,the supervision by public opinions has unavoidable deficiencies due to the controversial structure in the duality of subject.With the help of the empirical research method,the paper discusses the current problems in the relationship between supervision subjects by public opinions under the background of We Media and puts forward corresponding suggestions and prospects.
