钢企压缩空气系统节能分析

摘要 压缩空气系统是钢铁企业耗能大户。为了降低压缩空气能耗,文章针对在钢铁企业中广泛应用的离心空压机,探讨其各项节能技术。通过对进口空气参数对离心空压机组功耗的影响及离心空压机余热回收系统进行分析,得到不同因素对空压机系统能耗的影响规律,从而为实际工程中钢企压缩空气系统节能降耗提供参考。
