摘要
大跨度海上桥梁、高原山区桥梁等的建设过程中,施工周期较长的栓焊钢梁存在高强度螺栓节点摩擦面搁置周期较长,摩擦面易发生吐锈,影响其抗滑移性能的情况。为解决钢梁节点板摩擦面质量的长效稳定性问题,提出在节点板摩擦面涂装“电弧喷铝+无机富锌防锈防滑涂料”形成新型复合涂层摩擦面。以浩吉铁路洞庭湖特大桥为背景,制作11组含新型复合涂层摩擦面的试板进行不同涂层厚度及不同静置时间下的高强度螺栓预拉力损失及复合涂层摩擦面抗滑移试验,研究新型复合涂层摩擦面防锈、抗滑移以及高强度螺栓预拉力损失等性能。结果表明:新型复合涂层摩擦面的高强度螺栓预拉力损失不大于5%,满足规范要求;“(180±40)μm电弧喷铝+40μm无机富锌防锈防滑涂料”复合涂层摩擦面历时15个月时摩擦面抗滑移系数不小于0.53,复合涂层摩擦面对于防止摩擦面锈蚀,提升其抗滑移系数的经时稳定性能具有很好的效果,能更好地保证高强度螺栓节点的连接质量。
For the long-span offshore and mountainous bridges,the steel girders usually take form via combined bolting and welding,which is quite a laborious process.At the joints of the steel girders,the friction planes of the high-strength bolts have to be exposed for a long time,whereupon the friction planes are prone to rust.To ensure the long-term quality stability,the method to protect the friction planes of gusset plates of steel girders with a composite coating of arc-spraying aluminum and inorganic zinc-rich anti-rust anti-skid material is proposed.Based on the Dongting Lake Bridge of Haolebaoji-Ji′an Railway,11 groups of testing gusset plates with friction planes painted with the proposed composite coating were prepared to examine the pretension loss of the high-strength bolts and anti-slip performance of friction plane covered with the composite coating,when using coating with different thickness and standing time.The anti-rusting ability,anti-slip performance and pretension loss of high-strenght bolts of friction planes with the proposed composite coating were studied.It is shown that the pretension loss of the bolts in the friction plane covered with the proposed coating is less than 5%,meeting the code requirements.When the friction plane is painted with a(180±40)μm-thick arc-spraying aluminum course and a 40μm-thick inorganic zinc-rich anti-rust anti-skid coating,15 months later,the anti-slip coefficient is equal to or greater than 0.53,proving that the proposed composite coating can be used to protect the friction plane.The proposed coating is effective to enhance the aging stability of the friction plane and well ensure the connection quality of the high-strength bolt joints.
