通过能量转换监测船舶压载水余氯的方法

摘要 针对现有电解法船舶压载水处理系统余氯监测设备使用成本高、系统复杂等问题,提出通过电解过程的能量转换来监测压载水主管路中余氯实时浓度的方法,以某散货船的压载水处理过程为例,进行监测数据分析并对比实船余氯分析仪表的测量值,二者数据相近,同时分析现有电解法船舶压载水处理系统应用该方法的改进方案,该监测方法实船应用可行性较高,可提高压载水处理系统的可靠性,同时可降低使用维护成本和故障率。 Aiming at the problems of high cost and complex system of residual chlorine monitoring equipment in existing electrolytic ship ballast water treatment system,a method was proposed to monitor the real-time concentration of residual chlorine in ballast water mains through energy conversion in electrolysis process.Taking the ballast water treatment process of a bulk carrier as an example,the monitoring data were analyzed and compared with the measurement value of the residual chlorine analysis instrument on the actual ship.The two data were similar.The improvement scheme of the application of this method in the existing electrolysis ship ballast water treatment system was analyzed.This monitoring method has high feasibility in ship application,which can improve the reliability of ballast water treatment system,reduce the use and maintenance cost and failure rate.
