摘要
针对我国国有企事业单位经费预算评审目前多为线下评审,存在周期长、费用高、流程繁琐等弊病的现状,文中进行了大规模网络化经费预算评审系统研究。系统通过采用分布式架构、分库分表、数据库缓存等技术实现了大量预算评审项目的同步在线评审和海量评审数据的存储和分析调用,通过系统动态评审模板满足不同项目评审需要,通过智能算法实现评审专家的随机智能抽取,通过领域知识模型,提高知识库的数据利用效率和知识管理水平,通过系统在某领域的实际应用测试可知,该系统高效、实用、可靠,且极具推广价值。
Aiming at the current situation that the budget review of state-owned enterprises and institutions in China is mostly offline,with long cycles,high costs,and cumbersome processes,this paper conducts a large-scale networked budget review system research. The system adopts a distributed architecture,subdatabase sub-table,database caching and other technologies realize the simultaneous online review of a large number of budget review projects and the storage and analysis of massive review data. The system dynamic review template is used to meet the review needs of different projects,and the random intelligent extraction of review experts is realized through intelligent algorithms. Through the domain knowledge model,it can improve the data utilization efficiency and the management level of the knowledge base.And through the actual application test of the system in a certain field,it is concluded that the system is efficient,practical,reliable,and has great promotion value.
