慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者运动性低氧的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 运动性低氧是慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)患者在疾病发展过程中的重要临床特征之一, 但目前并无权威统一定义, 其与慢阻肺患者的肺功能、运动耐力、急性加重及病死率显著相关, 影响患者预后。本文主要综述慢阻肺患者中运动性低氧的不同定义及发生率, 探究其预测指标、高危因素和运动中氧疗的研究进展及对慢阻肺患者的预后影响, 同时为今后针对存在运动性低氧的慢阻肺患者的研究探索新方向。 Exercise induced desaturation(EID)is one of the important clinical features of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in the process of this disease,but there lacks authoritative unified definition.It is significantly related to lung function,exercise tolerance,acute exacerbation,and mortality of patients with COPD,affecting the prognosis of the patients.This article mainly reviews the different definitions and incidences of EID in COPD patients,explores its predictive indicators,high-risk factors,and the research progress o£oxygen therapy during exercise as well as its impact on the prognosis of COPD patients.We hope to point new directions for future researches on COPD patients with EID.
