摘要
基于地方应用型本科高校建设的教改理念,遵循体育教育专业人才培养规律,结合社会经济发展需要,培养体育教育专业服务型人才。针对当前高校体育教育专业人才培养过程中出现的教育同质化现象突出、培养理念更新慢、培养目标定位模糊、课程设置不够精准以及就业面受限等问题,提出高校教育与社会经济发展的双向育人制度,创新人才培养模式;立足发展需求,明确专业人才培养目标;结合区域经济发展,培养应用型人才。
Based on the educational reform concept of the construction of local applied undergraduate colleges and universities,follow the training rules of Physical Education professional talents and combines the social and economic development to train physical education professional service-oriented talents.In view of the current problems in the process of cultivating Physical Education professionals in colleges and universities,such as the prominent phenomenon of educational homogeneity,the slow updating of training concepts,the vague positioning of training objectives,the imprecise curriculum setting and the limited scope of employment,this paper puts forward a two-way education system between college education and social and economic development,and innovates the talent training mode;Based on the development needs,define the training objectives of professional talents;Cultivate applied talents in combination with regional economic development.
