摘要
目的 研究银线草Chloranthus japonicus Sieb.的化学成分。方法 对银线草乙酸乙酯部分采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20、HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果 从中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为长尾粗木叶内酯A (1)、4β,8β-dihydroxy-5α(H)-eudesm7(11)-en-8,12-olide (2)、反式对羟基桂皮酸(3)、chloramultiols K (4)、5,7-二羟基-6-甲氧基黄酮(5)、(E)-3-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-N-phenylethylacrylamide (6)、4-hydroxy-4,7-dimethyl-1-tetralone (7)、对羟基苯甲酸(8)、paeoveitols B (9)、银线草内酯E (10)。结论 化合物5~7、9为首次从金粟兰属植物中分离得到,化合物1~4、8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from Chloranthus japonicus Sieb.METHODS The extract from C. japonicus was isolated and purified by silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC, then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified as lasianthuslactone A(1), 4β,8β-dihydroxy-5α(H)-eudesm7(11)-en-8,12-olide(2), trans-p-hydroxy cinnamic acid(3), chloramultiols K(4), 5,7-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-flavone(5),(E)-3-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-N-phenylethylacrylamide(6),4-hydroxy-4,7-dimethyl-1-tetralone(7), 4-hydroxybenzoicacid(8), paeoveitols B(9), shizukanolide E(10).CONCLUSION Compounds 5-7, 9 are isolated from genus Chloranthus for the first time, compounds 1-4, 8 are first isolated from this plant.
