长沙机场GTC项目复杂深基坑群BIM+4D进度模拟技术 被引量:6

摘要 4D进度模拟是在3D模型上附加时间因素,以动态的方式呈现,是BIM技术发展的新方向。以长沙机场综合交通枢纽复杂深基坑群施工为例,在策划阶段利用Revit,Navisworks等BIM软件,构建BIM模型、关联各工区进度计划,开展总进度计划的4D模拟演示,进而进行优化调整。施工时,在已有4D进度模型中输入实际进度参数,实现实际进度与计划进度的可视化对比分析,通过动态跟踪计划及时发现偏差部位并纠偏。实际应用结果表明,对于参建单位多、工程体量大、接口复杂的不规则深基坑群工程,4D进度模拟可实现施工资源的合理配置,有效提高效率、缩短工期、降低施工成本。 4D progress simulation is to add time factor to 3D model and present it in a dynamic way,which is a new direction of BIM technology development.Taking the construction of complex deep foundation excavation of the comprehensive transportation hub of Changsha Airport as an example,BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks is used in the planning stage to build a BIM model,associate the progress plan of each work area,and carry out a 4D simulation demonstration of the overall progress plan,and then optimize and adjust.During construction,the actual progress parameters are input into the existing 4D progress model to achieve a visual comparative analysis of the actual progress and the planned progress,and the deviations can be found and corrected in time through the dynamic tracking plan.The practical application results show that for the irregular deep foundation excavation group project with many participating units,large project volume and complex interface,4D progress simulation can realize the reasonable allocation of construction resources,effectively improve the efficiency,shorten the construction period and reduce the construction cost.
