摘要
蚯蚓过腹生物处理技术可以提高有机肥的腐殖质含量、养分有效性和微生物活性,可实现乡村有机废弃物的资源化利用,对我国生态产业的可持续发展带来极大的促进作用。以畜禽粪便、秸秆、蔬菜尾菜和杂草等乡村有机废弃物作饵料培养蚯蚓,筛选出适合用于蚯蚓养殖的废弃物种类,通过探讨不同粒径、不同碳氮比、不同配比混合物料对蚯蚓生长的影响,以及处理后蚓粪种子发芽率的差异,总结得出利用乡村有机废弃物养殖蚯蚓的最优原料配比,为农业废弃物的无害化与资源化利用技术提供参考。
The technology of biological treatment by earthworms can improve the humus content,nutrient availability and microbial activity of organic fertilizer.Using this technology can carry out the resource utilization of rural organic waste,and greatly promote the sustainable development of ecological industry in China.This study utilized the rural organic wastes,such as animal manure,straw,vegetable tail and weeds to cultivate earthworms,and finally selected the suitable wastes for breeding earthworm.By discussing the effects of different particle sizes,different carbon-nitrogen ratios,and different proportions of mixed materials on the growth of earthworms,as well as the difference in the germination rate of vermicompost seeds after treatment,the study summarized the optimal raw material proportions for using rural organic wastes to cultivate earthworms,thus providing reference for the harmless and resource utilization of rural organic wastes.
