马口鱼仔、稚鱼的摄食与生长特性 被引量:1

摘要 本文对人工培育的马口鱼(Opsariichthys bidens)仔、稚鱼的摄食与生长特性进行了研究。结果表明,在水温为26~30℃的培育条件下,马口鱼仔鱼3日龄开口,初次摄食率为36.67%;5日龄后仔、稚鱼摄食率均为100.00%,6日龄之后的仔、稚鱼平均饱食率为99.20%,摄食量(y)与体质量(W)的关系可用二项式方程y=-0.0004 W^(2)+0.2140 W-0.2008表达;马口鱼仔、稚鱼的日投喂量可初步确定为鱼体质量的45%~50%。全长(L_(t))与日龄(D)的回归方程为L_(t)=-0.0081 D^(2)+0.9031 D+4.1595,体质量(W_(t))与日龄(D)的回归方程为W_(t)=0.0750 D^(2)+2.0271 D-10.6890,体质量(W_(t))与全长(L_(t))的回归方程为W_(t)=0.0013 L^(3.6098)_(t),b=3.6098大于3,表明马口鱼仔、稚鱼阶段为异速生长类型。试验结果为马口鱼的人工繁育提供了更多的参考资料。 The feeding and the growth characteristic of larva and juvenile of Opsariichthys bidens were studied.The results showed that larva and juvenile of O.bidens were breeded under condition of water temperature 26~30℃.36.67%of the larva opened their mouth and started to feed after age of 3 days.The feeding rate of larva and juvenile was 100.00%after 5 days of age,the average rate of larva and juvenile in the full stomach was 99.20%after 6 days of age,and the relationship between feeding amount(y)and body weight(W)was calculated to be y=-0.0004 W 2+0.2140 W-0.2008.The recommended dietary allowance of the larva and juvenile of O.bidens as 45%~50%of the body weight.The regression equation of total length(L_(t))with day age(D)was expressed as L_(t)=-0.0081 D^(2)+0.9031 D+4.1595.The relationship between the body weight(W_(t))and day age(D)was calculated to be W_(t)=0.0750 D^(2)+2.0271 D-10.6890,and total length(L_(t))and the body weight(W_(t))could be expressed to be W_(t)=0.0013 L^(3.6098)_(t),b=3.6098,which showed that the growth of larva and juvenile of O.bidens belongs to the type of allometric.The results provided more references for the artificial breeding of O.bidens.
