摘要
技能型社会对职业院校毕业生的需求加剧,为了聚焦新形势下职业教育本科层次的创新教育师资的培养模式和路径,解读了职教本科对创新教育师资的定位,通过对新业态下创新教育师资培养的路径进行了详细分析,并以江苏建筑职业技术学院“金泉工程”师资培养为案例,研究了维度与梯度下的创新教育教师有序培养路径,为职教本科层次的创新教育师资培养路径提供借鉴和思考。
The demand for graduates from vocational colleges and universities has increased in the skill-based society and in order to focus on the training mode and path of innovative education teachers at the undergraduate level of vocational education under the new situation.This article interprets the orientation of vocational education undergraduates to innovative education teachers,through a detailed analysis of the path of innovative education teacher training under the new format,and takes the“Jinquan Project”teacher training of Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Architectural Technology as an example to study the orderly training path of innovative education teachers under the dimension and gradient,and provides reference and thinking for the training path of innovative education teachers at the undergraduate level of vocational education.
