摘要
归纳总结了涂料中的几种常用树脂的结构组成和红外光谱图,并研究分析了各种常用树脂的红外出峰位置和峰型特点。分析表明,树脂上的官能团影响峰的位置,分子间的耦合作用会影响C-H峰的形状,官能团的特性影响出峰的强度。峰的位置、强度和形状是分析红外谱图的3个依据。
In this paper,the composition and infrared spectra of several common resins for coatings were summarized,and the infrared peak positions and shapes of various resins were studied and analyzed.The analysis showed that the functional groups on the resin affect the position of the peak,the intermolecular coupling will affect the shape of the C-H peak,and the characteristics of functional groups affect the intensity of the peak.There are three bases for analyzing the infrared spectrum:the position of the peak,the intensity of the peak and the shape of the peak.
