摘要
全民健身治理现代化是促进全民健身事业健康发展的根本保障。在解读数据赋能全民健身治理现代化的基本内涵与可行性基础上,探讨其实践成效、困境及创新路径,并得出结论:当前基于数据赋能的全民健身多元共治格局初步形成、治理内容更加精细化、治理手段实现转型升级,但是也存在多元共治格局有待优化、数据问题有待治理、数据赋能非均衡有待关注等实践困境。未来数据赋能全民健身治理现代化需要在治理理念、多元共治格局、数据生态、新型信息基础设施、制度体系等方面实现创新发展。
The modernization of national fitness governance is the fundamental guarantee to promote the healthy development of national fitness.On the basis of analyzing the basic connotation and the feasibility conditions of data empowering national fitness governance modernization,this paper discusses its practical results,dilemmas and innovation paths.The results show that the multiple co-governance pattern of national fitness based on data empowerment has taken shape initially,with more refined governance content and upgraded governance methods.However,there are also practical dilemmas such as multiple co-governance pattern to be optimized,data problems to be managed,and unbalanced data empowerment to be concerned.In the future,data empowering national fitness governance modernization needs to achieve innovative development in governance concept,multiple co-governance pattern,data ecology,new information infrastructure,system and so on.
