火电厂水质化验分析方法的应用及其质量控制

摘要 水质化验工作的质量对于火电厂工作的稳定性具有重要影响,不仅有助于减少锅炉损耗,还对保障安全生产有着重要作用。本文结合火电厂水质化验工作的实际需求,在对水质化验分析方法的应用方法进行系统阐述的基础上,就如何有效提升水质化验的准确性及可靠性,提出了做好样本保存与运输工作,控制化验环境的稳定性,提高化验人员专业素养等具体措施,旨在为相关工作提供参考。 The quality of water quality testing work exerts a significant impact on the stability of the work of thermal power plants,which not only helps to reduce boiler losses,but also plays a key role in ensuring safe production.To effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of water quality testing,this paper combines the actual needs of water quality testing in thermal power plants,on the basis of a systematic elaboration on the application of water quality testing analysis methods,specific measures are put forward in terms of doing a good job in sample preservation and transportation,controlling the stability of the testing environment,improving the professionalism of laboratory personnel,in order to provide reference for relevant work.
