摘要
针对设置的效用值评分等级较多,涵盖范围较广,导致安全防护系统出现故障后,恢复稳定运行状态的所需时间长的问题,提出风险评估下电力调度网络信息安全防护系统。设计两个安全区网络隔离装置,计算攻击事件的攻击成本、难度和被发现概率的效用值和权重,确定电力调度网络节点受到攻击的概率,评估电力调度网络信息风险;引入随机博弈模型,建立安全防护策略决策框架,检测电力调度网络入侵信息,生成电力调度网络信息安全防护策略。实验结果表明:该系统恢复电力调度网络到稳定运行状态所需要的时间较短。
Regarding the problem that it takes a long time to restore the stable operation state after the failure of the security protection system due to the multiple rankings and wide range covering of the utility value,the design of power dispatching network information security protection system based on risk assessment is proposed.Two network isolation devices in security zone are designed to calculate the utility value and weight of the attack cost,difficulty and detection probability of the attack event,determine the attack probability of the power dispatching network node,and evaluate the information risk of the power dispatching network.This paper also introduces the stochastic game model,establishes the decision-making framework of security protection strategy,detects the power dispatching network intrusion information,and generates the power dispatching network information security protection strategy.The experiment results show that it takes less time to restore the power dispatching network to stable operation.
