摘要
目的探讨3D打印技术辅助手术治疗Pilon骨折的疗效。方法将75例Pilon骨折患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(37例,采用常规手术治疗)和观察组(38例,采用3D打印技术辅助常规手术治疗)。比较两组手术情况、骨折愈合情况、踝关节功能及并发症发生情况。结果患者均获得随访,时间6~12个月。手术时间、术中出血量、术中透视次数观察组明显短(少)于对照组(P<0.05)。骨折愈合时间、完全负重时间以及并发症发生率观察组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。末次随访时踝关节背伸、跖屈活动度观察组均明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术辅助常规手术治疗Pilon骨折,可有效减少术中出血量和术中透视次数,缩短手术时间、骨折愈合时间、完全负重时间,改善踝关节功能,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the efficacy of three-dimensional(3D)printing technique assisted surgery in the treatment of Pilon fracture.Methods Seventy-five patients with Pilon fractures were randomly divided into the control group(n=37)and the observation group(n=38),the patients in the control group were treated with conventional surgery,and the patients in the observation group were performed with 3D printing technique combined with conventional surgery.The operation condition,fracture healing,ankle joint function and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results All patients were followed up foR6~12 months.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative fluoroscopy frequency in the observation group were significantly shorteR(less)than those in the control group(P<0.05).The fracture healing time,full weight-bearing time,and incidence rate of complications in the observation group were significantly betteRthan those in the control group(P<0.05).At the last follow-up,the range of motion of ankle dorsiflexion and plantaRflexion in the observation group were significantly largeRthan those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The 3D printing technique combined with conventional surgery foRthe treatment of Pilon fractures can effectively reduce the volume of intraoperative blood loss and the intraoperative fluoroscopy frequency,shorten the operation time,fracture healing time and the full weight-bearing time,which can improve ankle function and reduce the incidence of complications.
