摘要
通过对苏州某污水处理厂的进水量、进出水水质、去除率、物料平衡及物料流向的分析,诊断该污水厂的运行状况:COD,TP去除效果较好,但脱氮效果不佳,TN的去除率仅为70%,依靠反硝化作用去除的氮仅占12%。该系统存在曝气量过剩、反硝化效率低、能源浪费的现象。针对这一问题,对污水厂提出了不同时段采用不同曝气量和曝气时间的整改对策,同时采用科学控制泥龄的方式提高抗冲击负荷。
Through the analysis of influent volume,inlet and outlet water quality,removal rate,material balance and material flow direction of a sewage treatment plant in Suzhou,the operation status of the sewage plant was obtained:The results showed removal efficiency of COD and TP were perfect,while the nitrogen removal efficiency was just 70%,the nitrogen removal by denitrification was just 12%.The system has the phenomena of excess aeration,low denitrification efficiency and energy waste.In view of this problem,we put forward the rectification Countermeasures of adopting different aeration volume and aeration time in different periods.Meanwhile,the method of scientifically controlling the mud age is adopted to improve the impact load.
