摘要
通过选取整车异味抱怨持续较高车型,借助气相色谱质谱联用仪、高效液相色谱以及化学物质对应气味强度的客观分析手段,将整车挥发性有机物同汽车内饰8种关键总成零部件进行挥发性有机物分析,即用客观分析手段代替主观气味评价进行整车气味溯源。通过客观数据找出影响整车气味的关键气味物质与零件,提出了有针对性的整车气味改善方案,从而提升整车气味愉悦度。
The volatile organic compounds of the whole vehicle were analyzed with eight key components of the interior decoration by selecting the vehicle with high odor complaints,by means of the objective analysis means of gas chromatography and mass spectrometry(GC-MS),high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and chemical corresponding odor intensity.That is,the objective analysis method was used to replace the subjective odor evaluation to trace the vehicle odor.Through objective data,the key odor substances and parts that affect the odor of the whole vehicle were found,and targeted vehicle odor improvement schemes were put forward,so as to improve the vehicle odor pleasure.
