摘要
秦二厂RPN系统(堆外核测系统)由仪表柜、控制柜、自动测试仪,可视化参数修改终端及安装在反应堆压力容器外围的探测井内的探测器以及外围设备组成。作为重要系统之一,堆外核测系统关键设备数量繁多,但设备分级却不够细致、完善,严重阻碍了系统设备管理和运维的精细化。因此,详细、全面地分析各个设备失效模式及失效后果,并确定设备的关键度级别势在必行。本文使用FMEA方法对秦二厂堆外核测系统设备潜在失效模式与故障效果进行了全面、深入的分析,识别出设备敏感子部件,根据设备分级准则准确地划分设备的关键度级别,为各项系统设备管理和运行维护措施的制定提供了科学的依据以及坚实的基础。
The RPN system of The Second Plant consists of instrument cabinet,control cabinet,automatic tester,visual parameter modification terminal,detector installed in the probe well outside the reactor pressure vessel,and peripheral equipment.As one of the important systems,the off-reactor nuclear measurement system has a large number of key equipment,but the equipment classification is not meticulous and perfect,which seriously hinds the refinement of the system equipment management and operation and maintenance.Therefore,it is imperative to analyze the failure modes and consequences of each equipment in detail and comprehensively and determine the critical level of the equipment.This article USES the method of FMEA to qin.2 pile nuclear measurement system equipment potential failure mode and failure effect has carried on the comprehensive and in-depth analysis,sensitive child widgets,identified the equipment according to equipment classification criterion accurately divides the critical level,equipment management and operation for the system provides scientific basis for the establishment of safeguard measures as well as the solid foundation.
