摘要
项目建设越来越趋于智能化和复杂化,项目建设规模更加庞大,施工过程更加繁琐,对施工技术的要求也愈加严格,新时代新形势下需要更加科学的、高效的管理理念和管理模式。大数据时代的到来给建筑业带来新的变革和生机,但当前很多地区大数据在项目管理中的应用仍处于起始阶段,信息的处理和整合并不能满足项目建设各个阶段的管理需求。该文针对大数据在项目管理中的应用现状及存在问题进行深入分析,探讨工程项目管理的创新策略。
The project construction tends to be more intelligent and complex, the project construction scale is larger,the construction process is more cumbersome, and the requirements for construction technology are more stringent. In the new era and new situation, a more scientific and efficient management concept and management mode are needed. The advent of the big data era has brought new changes and vitality to the construction industry, but the application of big data in project management in many regions is still in the initial stage, and the processing and integration of information can not meet the management needs of each stage of project construction. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of big data’s application in project management, and discusses the innovation strategy of project management.
