摘要
目的探究疏肝活血汤联合火针在带状疱疹患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月至2020年3月本院收治的80例带状疱疹患者作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方式分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用火针治疗,观察组采用疏肝活血汤+火针治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]和炎症因子[白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)]水平。结果观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-4、IL-10、IL-17水平低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝活血汤联合火针治疗带状疱疹效果显著,可有效缓解患者疼痛程度,减轻炎症反应,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To explore the application effect of Shugan Huoxue decoction combined with fire acupuncture in patients with herpes zoster.Methods 80 patients with herpes zoster who were admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fire acupuncture and the observation group was treated with Shugan Huoxue decoction+fire acupuncture.The clinical efficacy and the levels of pain(visual analogue scale[VAS]score)and inflammatory factors(interleukin-4[IL-4],interleukin-10[IL-10]and interleukin-17[IL-17])before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,whicn was higher than 77.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-10 and IL-17 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Huoxue decoction combined with fire acupuncture is effective in the treatment of herpes zoster.It can effectively alleviate the degree of pain and inflammatory reaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
