摘要
在医患关系日益紧张的社会背景下,提高医学生人文素养对提升工作沟通能力、树立职业道德、改善医患关系意义重大。大学语文教育,可以通过课程教育、情感教育及核心价值观的教育,培养社会主义情感,提升医学生的人文素养;通过核心价值观教育、传统文化教育、生命教育、古代医德典范,引导学生树立健康的职业观念,增强责任意识,提升医学生的职业道德修养;通过加强口语交际训练、写作训练、对医学案例的讨论分析,提高学生的沟通能力和应对能力,从而提升医学生改善医患关系的能力。
Under the social background of increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship,it is of great significance to improve medical students′humanistic quality in order to improve their communication ability,establish professional ethics and improve the doctor-patient relationship.In College Chinese education,we can cultivate socialist emotion and improve medical students′humanistic quality through curriculum education,emotional education and education of core values.Through the education of core values,traditional culture education,life education,and ancient medical ethics model,students are guided to establish a healthy professional concept,enhance the sense of responsibility and improve the professional ethics of medical students.Through strengthening oral communication training,writing training,medical case discussion and analysis,the communication ability and coping ability of students can be improved,so as to improve the ability of medical students to improve the doctor-patient relationship.
