摘要
随着卫星导航技术在各领域应用的深入,对卫星导航增强技术提出了需求,基于低轨星导航增强或中低轨星座相结合的系统建设和应用正在蓬勃发展。首先,阐述了欧洲开普勒卫星导航系统的建设背景;其次,重点围绕开普勒系统描述了系统的组成,分析了系统的三个特点,介绍了系统的发展计划;最后,简要阐明了开普勒系统对全球卫星导航系统的发展带来的启示。
With the development of satellite navigation technology in various field,the demand for satellite navigation augmentation is put forward,and LEO-based navigation augmentation system or MEO-LEO satellite-based augmentation system are being developed rapidly.The background to build European Kepler satellite navigation system is introduced at first.Secondly,the system compositions,characteristics and development schedules is focused.The benefits of Kepler system is analyzed and stated at last.
