摘要
目的:分析微波治疗仪联合骨折联络服务(FLS)模式对四肢骨折患者患肢血液微循环状态及骨折愈合进程的影响。方法:选取六安市中医院198例四肢骨折患者随机分为两组,对比干预后两组骨折各项指标和评分。结果:联合组肿胀消失时间、创口愈合时间、骨折愈合时间及住院时间均显著低于对照组;干预2个月后,两组血液粘度、甲襞微循环积分均显著降低,Fugl-Meyer评分、ADL评分及GQOL-74评分均显著升高,差异有统计学意义。结论:微波治疗仪联合FLS模式可显著改善四肢骨折患者的血液微循环状态,提高肢体运动功能,加快骨折愈合进程,值得推荐。
Objective:To analyze the effect of microwave therapeutic apparatus combined with Fracture Liaison Service(FLS)mode on the blood microcirculation state and fracture healing process of patients with extremity fractures.Methods:A total of 198 patients with limb fractures in Lu'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into two groups,and the fracture indexes and scores of the two groups were compared after the intervention.Results:The swelling disappearance time,wound healing time,fracture healing time and hospital stay in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group;after 2 months of intervention,blood viscosity and nailfold microcirculation scores were significantly decreased in the two groups,and Fugl-Meyer scores,ADL score and GQOL-74 score were significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The microwave therapy apparatus combined with the FLS mode can significantly improve the blood microcirculation state of patients with limb fractures,improve the motor function of the limbs,and accelerate the fracture healing process,which is worthy of recommendation.
