摘要
基于服务主导逻辑和动态能力的理论框架,探究数字经济下创新型企业中服务主导逻辑、动态能力与价值共创之间的关系。使用334家创新型企业问卷调查数据的实证结果表明:创新型企业对服务主导逻辑的高度认可和理解正向影响动态能力的发展和价值共创目标的实现;动态能力的提升能够促进价值共创目标的实现;动态能力整体及三个子维度——知识获取能力、知识创造能力与知识整合能力——均在服务主导逻辑和价值共创之间发挥显著的中介作用。研究结论既有利于完善价值共创的相关研究,也有利于启发创新型企业通过理解与践行服务主导逻辑、培育基于知识的动态能力来开展高质量的价值共创活动。
Drawing on the theories of service-dominant logic and dynamic capabilities,this study explores the relationship among service-dominant logic,dynamic capability and value co-creation in the context of innovative enterprises. Based on the questionnaire survey conducted by 334 innovative enterprises,the empirical research results show that the service-dominant logic of innovative enterprises positively affects dynamic capability and value co-creation;dynamic capability positively affects value co-creation;overall dynamic capability and knowledge acquisition capability,knowledge generation capability and knowledge combination capability all play a significant intermediary role in the relation between service-dominant logic and value co-creation. The research conclusion can extent the literature about value cocreation. In addition,managerial implications are provided for innovative enterprises as to how to develop high quality value co-creation by understanding service-dominant logic and developing dynamic capability.
