摘要
对出厂水和管网水进行了三磷酸腺苷(ATP)的常规检测并统计了检测结果,扣除离群值后建立ATP基准线,然后应用到自来水厂过程检验、管网水的敏感取样点检验以及二次供水水质检验。结果表明,ATP检验技术用于自来水中微生物的检测,与菌落总数相比具有检测更快速、检测细菌更全面、操作更方便的特点,可以应用于水厂工艺调试和管网水质应急检验等方面。
The routine detection of adenosine triphosphate(ATP)was carried out for the treated water of waterworks and pipe network water,and the detection results were statistically analyzed.After deducting the outliers,the ATP baseline was established,and then applied to the process inspection of waterworks,the inspection of sensitive sampling points of pipe network water and the inspection of secondary water supply quality.The results showed that the ATP technology was used for the detection of microorganisms in tap water,compared with the total number of colonies,it had the characteristics of faster,more comprehensive detection of bacteria and more convenient operation.It could be applied to the process commissioning of waterworks and the emergency inspection of water quality in pipe network.
