摘要
乳化液膜作为一种高效经济的分离技术,在冶金、印染、石油化工等行业得到了广泛的关注和研究,该技术不仅可降低废水中污染物的浓度,而且对于某些重金属或有机物等可回收再利用。文章对乳化液膜分离技术原理进行了概述,简述乳化液膜技术在分离过程中的影响因素以及优化途径,重点介绍乳化液膜技术对工业废水的处理研究,包括去除金属离子、染料物质、碳氢化合物以及氰化物,为开展乳化液膜制乳、分离技术研究提供支持,对后续相关研究的推进有借鉴作用。
As an efficient and economical separation technology,emulsion liquid membrane(ELM)has been of great concerned and studied in metallurgy,printing and dyeing,petrochemical and other industries.This technology can reduce the concentration of pollutants and also reuse some heavy metals or organics in wastewater.In this article,the principle of ELM technology was summarized,the influencing factors and optimization methods of ELM technology in the separation process were briefly described.The research on the treatment of industrial wastewater by ELM technology was emphatically introduced,such as the removal of metal ions,dye substances,hydrocarbons and cyanides.The support for the development of ELM milk production and separation technology research was provided,which can give references for the promotion of the subsequent related research.
