摘要
目的探讨艾瑞昔布联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的效果。方法抽取2020年3月至2021年3月郑州市骨科医院收治的68例膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象, 按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组, 每组34例。对照组采用艾瑞昔布治疗, 观察组采用艾瑞昔布联合玻璃酸钠治疗。比较两组疗效, 治疗前及治疗后1、2、3周时膝关节功能、疼痛及僵硬程度[美国西部安大略和麦克马斯特大学(WOMAC)骨关节炎指标]。结果观察组优良率(94.12%, 32/34)高于对照组(76.47%, 26/34), P<0.05。治疗前, 两组WOMAC骨关节炎指标比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、2、3周, 观察组WOMAC骨关节炎指标均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论艾瑞昔布联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎, 相比于单用艾瑞昔布治疗, 可显著提高疗效, 更好地改善患者的膝关节功能、疼痛及僵硬程度。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of irecoxib combined with sodium hyaluronate on knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 68 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with irecoxib,and the observation group was treated with irecoxib combined with sodium hyaluronate.The efficacy of the two groups were compared.The knee joint function,pain and stiffness degree assessed by Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis index(WOMAC)score before treatment,1 week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group(94.12%,32/34)was higher than that of the control group(76.47%,26/34),P<0.05.There was no significant difference in WOMAC index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The WOMAC indexes of the observation group were lower than that of the control group 1 week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks after treatment(all P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the irecoxib alone,irecoxib combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can not only significantly improve the curative effect,but also better improve the knee joint function,pain and stiffness.
