基于数据挖掘的高校辅导员育人实效可视化分析——以广州中医药大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 借助可视化分析方法,基于广州中医药大学长达6年、700余篇约130万字的"我和辅导员的故事",从关键行为、角色定位、信息传递3个方面进行数据挖掘,分析提升高校辅导员的工作实效和育人实效的关键因素,探求提高辅导员育人实效的方式和路径,提出辅导员应当注重关键行为、树立多种角色定位和实现信息双向传递的建议,力求通过大数据分析,促进辅导员育人能力不断提升. By means of visual analysis,this research conducts a data mining research on over 700 stories of“My instructor and me”written by students in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,lasting for 6 years with 1􀆰3 million words.The research identifies key factors to improve instructors’work and cultivating effectiveness from key behavior,role positioning and information transmission.The paper also probes into the approaches and methods to improve the effectiveness of instructors’education,and puts forward suggestions that instructors should pay attention to their key behavior,establish diversified roles and realize two⁃way information transmission so as to improve the effectiveness of instructor education and promote the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.
