油膜轴承衬套变形对承载能力的影响及其矫正 被引量:1

摘要 作为油膜轴承核心零部件的衬套属于大型薄壁零件,在加工过程中和使用一段时间之后,会出现一些变形现象。通过对比衬套变形对其承载能力的影响,可以用来评估衬套变形量过大时能否满足承载能力。分别选取两种不同因素影响情况下油膜轴承承载区域的压力分布状况做研究,得出衬套变形对油膜轴承承载能力、油膜中心压力分布以及油膜承载区域面积的影响。因此,需通过矫正装置并设置不同的矫正载荷以减少衬套变形。为提升矫正效率和精度,同时考虑衬套和矫正装置不同曲率时的接触非线性特性和大位移仿真,采用多个载荷步和结构化网格来提升矫正过程有限元仿真的计算效率和精度。为衬套矫正工艺提供了理论指导,提升了衬套的使用性能。 The bushing,as the core part of oil film bearing,belongs to a large thin-walled part,and there will be some deformation in the processing process and after a period of use.By comparing the influence of bushing deformation on its load capacity,it can be used to evaluate whether the load capacity can be satisfied when the bushing deformation is too large.The pressure distribution of load region of oil film bearing under the influence of two different factors was studied,and the influence of bushing deformation on load capacity of oil film bearing,pressure distribution of oil film center and load region of oil film was obtained.Therefore,it is necessary to reduce the bushings deformation by correction devices and setting different correction loads.In order to improve the correction efficiency and accuracy,and the nonlinear contact characteristics and large displacement simulation are considered bushing and corrector with different curvatures.The multiple load steps and structured mesh were used to improve the calculation efficiency and accuracy of finite element simulation.It provides theoretical guidance for bush correction process and improves the performance of bushing.
