饲粮不同直/支链淀粉比对29~70日龄仔鹅生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和脂质代谢的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本试验旨在探讨饲粮不同直/支链淀粉比对29~70日龄仔鹅生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和脂质代谢的影响。试验选用健康且体重相近的29日龄江南白鹅公鹅192只,随机分为4组,每组6重复,每个重复8只。4组分别饲喂直/支链淀粉比分别为0.12(A组)、0.23(B组)、0.34(C组)和0.45(D组)的试验饲粮。试验期41 d。结果表明:1)饲粮不同直/支链淀粉比对仔鹅70日龄体重、平均日采食量、平均日增重及料重比均无显著影响(P>0.05)。C组和D组的腹脂率、皮脂率显著低于A组(P<0.05)。2)C组和D组的胸肌肌间脂肪含量显著低于A组(P<0.05),D组的胸肌亚油酸和花生四烯酸含量显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。3) B组、C组和D组的血清甘油三酯含量显著低于A组(P<0.05)。C组和D组的肝脏脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)mRNA相对表达量显著低于A组和B组(P <0.05),C组和D组的肝脏乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC)和硬脂酰辅酶A去饱和酶1(SCD1) mRNA相对表达量显著低于A组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮不同直/支链淀粉比对29~70日龄仔鹅的生长性能无显著影响,但可调控仔鹅脂质代谢,从而影响仔鹅屠宰性能和肉品质。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary different amylose/amylopectin ratios on growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality and lipid metabolism of goslings aged from29 to 70 days.A total of 192 healthy 29-day-old male Jiangnan white goslings with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 8 goslings per replicate.Goslings in 4 groups were fed experimental diets with amylose/amylopectin ratios 0.12(group A),0.23(group B),0.34(group C)and 0.45(group D),respectively.The experiment lasted for 41 days.The results showed as follows:1)dietary different amylose/amylopectin ratios had no significant effects on the body weight at 70 days of age,average daily feed intake,average daily gain and feed to gain ratio of goslings(P>0.05).The abdominal fat percentage and subcutaneous fat percentage of group C and group D were significantly lower than those of group A(P<0.05).2)The breast muscle intermuscular fat content of group C and group D was significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.05),and the contents of linoleic acid and arachidonic acid in breast muscle of group D was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05).3)The serum triglyceride content of group B,group C and group D was significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.05).The liver fatty acid synthetase(FAS)mRNA relative expression level of group C and group D was significantly lower than that of group A and group B(P<0.05),and the mRNA relative expression levels of acetyl CoA carboxylase(ACC)and stearyl CoA desaturase 1(SCD1)in liver of group C and group D were significantly lower than those of group A(P<0.05).It is concluded dietary different amylose/amylopectin ratios have no significant effect on growth performance of goslings aged from 29 to 70 days,but it can regulate the lipid metabolism,and thus affect the slaughter performance and meat quality of goslings.
