摘要
随着我国在抽水蓄能电站方面的发展,目前已出现大批超高水头、大容量、高转速的抽水蓄能电站。球阀作为高严密性、高稳定性、水力损失小,操作方便、承压力大等特点被广泛用作高水头电站进水阀。针对球阀安装工艺要点进行阐述,并对球阀安装工艺进一步提出优化建议和措施。
With the development of pumped storage power plants in China,a large number of pumped storage power plants with super high head,large capacity and high speed have appeared.Ball valves are widely used as intake valves for high head power plants due to their high tightness,high stability,small hydraulic loss,easy operation and high pressure bearing characteristics.In this paper,the key points of ball valve installation process are elaborated,and further optimization suggestions and measures are put forward for ball valve installation process.
