马郡城铁矿“三下”开采隔离层厚度及回采顺序研究 被引量:4

摘要 在金属矿山“三下”开采过程中,隔离层是保证地表构建筑物安全和地下采场安全开采的重要部分,其合理的留设厚度对于实现矿山安全高效生产具有重要意义。针对马郡城铁矿矿区内东南角地表存在马郡河以及木材厂、民房等建构筑物,造成矿区10线以东矿段复杂难采的问题,通过结构力学法和K.B.鲁别涅依特理论等5种方法分别对隔离层厚度进行估算,其厚度范围为16~36 m。采用ANSYS软件构建矿区三维模型,结合FLAC^(3D)模拟分析不同隔离层厚度条件下第四系底部围岩稳定性特征及地表沉陷规律,并对矿块回采顺序进行优化。结果表明:矿块合理的回采高度上限为40 m,隔离层安全厚度为19 m,在估算厚度范围内,验证了理论计算结果的合理性;矿块回采顺序为从右至左时对地表河流及建筑物影响最小。研究结果为马郡城铁矿矿区东南角安全高效开采提供参考依据。 In the process of three-underground mining in metal mines,the isolation layer is important to ensure the safety of surface structures and stope.Its reasonable reserved thickness is of great significance to realizing safe and efficient production in mines.In response to the presence of the Majun River and structures such as lumber mills and private houses on the surface in the southeast corner of the Majuncheng Iron Mine,which makes the section east of line 10 of the mine complex and difficult to mine,the thickness of the isolation layer was estimated by five methods,including the structural mechanics method and K.B.Lu Peinie Theory,respectively,and the thickness range was from 16 m to 36 m.Using ANSYS software to build a three-dimensional model of the mining area,combined with FLAC^(3D)simulation,the stability characteristics of Quaternary bottom surrounding rock and surface subsidence law under different isolation layer thicknesses were analyzed,and the mining sequence of ore blocks was optimized.The results show that the upper limit of reasonable recovery height of the ore block is 40 m,the safe thickness of the isolation layer is 19 m,which is within the estimated thickness range,verifying the reasonableness of the theoretical calculation results.The mining sequence of ore blocks from the right to left has the least influence on surface rivers and buildings.The research provides a reference for safe and efficient mining in the southeast corner of Majuncheng Iron Mine.
