黑沟矿高深溜井井筒堵塞诊断及处理实践 被引量:3

摘要 溜井井筒堵塞位置及堵塞形式的诊断,是溜井井筒堵塞处理的前提和重要依据,是溜井堵塞处理的难点之一。针对黑沟矿主溜井一次井筒堵塞问题,通过分析高深溜井矿石移动规律,排除了片帮体和大块咬合拱堵塞的安全隐患,判定堵塞形式为粉矿黏结拱,并采用“回声定位”和“喘气判定”两种方法,确定了大致的堵塞部位。针对堵塞位置和堵塞形式,结合现场实际,依靠双孔模式,采用“破拱脚”和“爆震”处理方法,用“水浸”方式完成破拱,成功消除了高深溜井井筒堵塞。研究结果对于类似矿山溜井井筒堵塞处理有一定的参考价值。 The diagnosis of plugging position and plugging form is the premise and important basis of plugging treatment of chute wellbore,and is still one of the difficulties of chute plugging treatment.Aiming at the primary wellbore blockage problem of the main chute in Heigou Mine,by analyzing the rule of ore movement in the high and deep chute,the hidden danger of the plug of slab and large occluding arch was eliminated,and the blockage form was determined to be the powder bonded arch,and the general blockage position is determined by two methods of"echolocation"and"gasping judgment".According to the blockage location and blockage form,combined with the actual situation,relying on the double-hole mode,the"arch foot"and"knock"treatment methods were adopted,and the"water immersion"method was used to complete the arch breaking,which successfully eliminated the blockage of the high and deep pass shaft.The study results have a certain reference value for the treatment of wellbore blockage in similar mines.
