卵巢癌患者血清高迁移率族蛋白1和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1水平测定及临床意义

Determination of serum high mobility group box 1 and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1 in the patients with ovarian cancer and its clinical significance

摘要 目的探讨卵巢癌患者血清高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)检测的临床意义。方法选取2020年1月至2021年6月郑州大学第三附属医院收治的经病理学确诊的卵巢癌患者54例(卵巢癌组)和门诊健康体检的健康女性30例(对照组)为研究对象,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测并比较2组研究对象以及早晚期卵巢癌血清HMGB1和TIMP-1水平,同时分析卵巢癌患者血清中两者水平的相关性。结果卵巢癌组患者血清中HMGB1和TIMP-1水平分别为(35.66±7.66)μg/L、(341.28±28.85)ng/L,均高于对照组的(2.73±0.55)μg/L、(85.24±8.74)ng/L,差异均有统计学意义(t=31.462,P<0.001;t=60.409,P<0.001);晚期卵巢癌患者血清中HMGB1和TIMP-1水平分别为(42.71±3.33)μg/L、(361.63±10.75)ng/L,均高于早期卵巢癌患者的(30.82±5.76)μg/L、(327.28±29.14)ng/L,差异均有统计学意义(t=9.587,P<0.001;t=6.092,P<0.001)。卵巢癌患者血清中HMGB1和TIMP-1水平呈正相关关系(r=0.709,P<0.001)。结论卵巢癌患者血清中HMGB1和TIMP-1水平异常升高,且两者均有正相关性,两者与卵巢癌的发病关系密切,可能协同参与了卵巢癌的分期进展。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum high mobility group box 1(HMGB1)and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1)in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods The 54 patients with ovarian cancer diagnosed by pathology(the ovarian cancer group)and 30 healthy women in outpatient(the control group)in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.The serum levels of HMGB1 and TIMP-1 were detected and compared by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,at the same time,the correlation between the serum levels of HMGB1 and TIMP-1 in the patients with ovarian cancer was analyzed.Results The serum levels of HMGB1 and TIMP-1 in the ovarian cancer group were(35.66±7.66)μg/L and(341.28±28.85)ng/L,and were(2.73±0.55)μg/L and(85.24±8.74)ng/L in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=31.462,P<0.001;t=60.409,P<0.001);the serum levels of HMGB1 and TIMP-1 in the patients with advanced ovarian cancer were(42.71±3.33)μg/L and(361.63±10.75)ng/L,and were(30.82±5.76)μg/L and(327.28±29.14)ng/L in the patients with early ovarian cancer,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.587,P<0.001;t=6.092,P<0.001).There was a positive correlation between serum HMGB1 and TIMP-1 levels in the patients with ovarian cancer(r=0.709,P<0.001).Conclusion The serum levels of HMGB1 and TIMP-1 in the patients with ovarian cancer are abnormal,and have a positive correlation,they are closely related to the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer,and may participate in the staging and progression of ovarian cancer.
