摘要
目的:研究在学龄前儿童雾化吸入治疗过程中应用细节护理干预的效果。方法:选取2020年7月-2021年7月于广州医科大学附属第四医院接受雾化吸入治疗的学龄前喘息患儿76例,通过抽签方式将其分为两组,各38例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施细节护理。对比分析两组患儿护理前后肺功能、治疗依从性以及治疗效果。结果:护理后,观察组心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度等指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗依从率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在学龄前儿童雾化吸入治疗过程中实施细节护理,效果理想,可有效改善患儿心肺功能,提高患儿依从性,值得推广。
Objective:To study the effect of detailed nursing intervention in the atomization inhalation treatment of preschoolchildren.Methods:A total of 76 preschool children with asthma who received atomization inhalation treatment in the FourthAffiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by thelottery method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group receiveddetailed nursing.The lung function,treatment compliance and nursing effect between the two groups were analyzed and comparedbefore and after nursing.Results:After nursing,the heart rate,respiration and blood oxygen saturation in the observation weresignificantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatmentcompliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05);the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of preschool children atomization inhalationtreatment,detailed nursing have ideal application effect,can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function in children,raisechildren compliance,and deserve the promotion.
