南钢90级帘线钢的开发实践

摘要 介绍90级帘线钢盘条的研发现状,主要生产设备和工艺,产品主要指标和实际达到的技术质量水平,并和国内外先进厂家进行对比。结果表明:南钢90级帘线钢碳质量分数控制在0.90%~0.95%,不同炉次间的差异控制在±0.02%,中心碳偏析指数控制在1.03以内,夹杂物最大尺寸控制在10μm,氧化皮厚度控制在9~15μm,经某钢帘线企业评估,帘线钢盘条综合平均评分912分(满分1000分),除成功应用于极高强子午轮胎钢帘线以外,还广泛应用于弹簧和针用钢丝等领域。 To introduce research and development status,main production equipment and process,main product indicators and actual technical quality level of 90 grade cord steel wire rod,and compares it with advanced manufacturers at home and abroad.The results show that carbon mass fraction of 90 grade cord steel of NISCO is controlled within 0.90%-0.95%,the difference between different heats is generally controlled within±0.02%,the central carbon segregation index is controlled within 1.03,the maximum size of inclusions is generally controlled within 10μm,and the oxide skin thickness is controlled within 9~15μm.According to a cord enterprise evaluation,the comprehensive average score of cord steel wire rod is 912 points(full score is 1000 points).It has been successfully applied not only to ultra-high strength radial tire cord,but also to spring wire and needle wire fields.
