摘要
该文分析生产装配线上不同驱动方式压装单元的技术原理及应用方法,运用ANSYS软件对提出的3种方案机身进行静力学有限元计算,得到工作载荷下机身应力应变。通过计算结果,结合故障率、功率损耗及经济性多方面进行比较分析,为装配压装系统的开发研究和设计制造提供有益参考。
This paper analyzes the technical principle and application method of the press fitting unit with different driving modes on the production assembly line,calculates the static finite element of the fuselage of the three schemes proposed by using ANSYS software,and obtains the stress and strain of the fuselage under the working load.The calculation results are compared and analyzed in combination with the failure rate,power loss and economy,which provides a useful reference for the development,research,design and manufacture of the assembly press fitting system.
