长距离输水工程中泵站与调蓄水库联合调度运行研究 被引量:1

摘要 长距离输水工程受水区用水需求受工业园区发展进度的限制,运行初期实际用水量较少,达产期较长,用水流量是逐步增加的过程,而泵站的运行流量是梯度变化过程,难以匹配受水区用水流量,给工程的调度运行造成困难。通过北疆供水工程的双三输水段首部双井子泵站和末端库木苏水库的联合调度运行,分析受水区不同用水需求情况下,泵站与调蓄水库之间的运行方式,匹配受水区可能发生的各种用水流量工况和联合调度方案,为双三输水段的科学合理运行提供技术支撑。 The water demand in the water receiving area of the long-distance water transfer project is limited by the development progress of the industrial park.The actual water consumption is less at the initial stage of operation,and the production period is longer.The water flow is a gradual increase process,while the operation flow of the pumping station is a gradient change process,which makes it difficult to match the water flow of the receiving area,and causes difficulties to the dispatching and operation of the project.Through the combined dispatching of Shuangjingzi Pumping Station at the head and Kumusu Reservoir at the terminal end of the Shuangjingzi-Santanghu water transfer section of the second phase of the northern Xinjiang water supply project,the operation mode between the pumping station and the storage reservoir under different water demand in the receiving area is analyzed,and the possible water flow conditions and combined dispatching schemes in the receiving area are matched,which provides technical support for the scientific and reasonable operation of the Shuangjingzi-Santanghu water transfer section.
