摘要
基于电化学氧化产酸的原理,本试验采用电氧化法制备仲钨酸铵(APT)的新工艺,考察了时间、水温、转速、电流、氯离子浓度等因素对钨结晶的影响。试验结果表明,在一定范围内,电流的增大和氯离子浓度的提高有利于APT的结晶,水温对钨结晶率几乎没有影响。在合适的条件下,结晶产物为APT或钨酸。最佳试验条件如下:反应时间为2.5 h,搅拌速度为400 r/min,电流为1.5 A,氯离子浓度为1 mol/L。
Based on the principle of electrochemical oxidation to produce acid,this experiment adopts a new process for preparing ammonium paratungstate(APT)by electro-oxidation,and investigates the effects of time,water temperature,rotational speed,current,chloride ion concentration and other factors on tungsten crystallization.The test results show that,within a certain range,the increase of current and the increase of chloride ion concentration are beneficial to the crystallization of APT,and the water temperature has little effect on the crystallization rate of tungsten.Under suitable conditions,the crystalline product is APT or tungstic acid.The optimal test conditions are as follows:the reaction time is 2.5 h,the stirring speed is 400 r/min,the current is 1.5 A,and the chloride ion concentration is 1 mol/L.
