摘要
本文从个人、组织及群体、社会3个层面梳理国内企业创新影响因素研究的现有文献,归纳出影响因素及其主要类别,即在个人层面有高管特征和员工特征;组织及群体层面有股权结构、资本结构、企业文化和营商环境等;社会层面有产业政策及财政政策和市场环境,借以提出企业创新相关建议,以期为促进企业创新作出理论贡献。
This paper reviews the existing literature on the influencing factors of domestic enterprise innovation from the three levels of individual,organization and group,and society,and summarizes the influencing factors and their main categories.That is,at the individual level,there are executive characteristics and employee characteristics;at the organizational and group level,ownership structure,capital structure,corporate culture and business environment are included;at the social level,there are industrial policy,fiscal policy and market environment.Then it puts forward relevant suggestions,hoping to make theoretical contributions to improving enterprise innovation.
